• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to attend.
• Prices are listed per person and include accommodation, access to Zephyr Point’s stunning grounds and Lake Tahoe, all meals, and a full retreat program.
• Plan to arrive on property by 3:00 PM or earlier on Sunday, November 9th.
• This is a full-week retreat. Please only sign up if you can attend the entire program. If it’s not possible to clear all your commitments this week, please consider joining us at a different time.

Location and travel

• We’ll share a self-organized, participant-led carpool spreadsheet closer to the retreat so you can coordinate rides with others if you’d like.

• Zephyr Point is located on Lake Tahoe, approximately 200 miles from San Francisco.
• The drive from San Francisco takes ~3-4 hours

Closest airports and drive times are:

• Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) - 50 miles (~1 hour drive)
• Sacramento International airport (SMF) - 120 miles (2.5 hours drive)
• San Francisco International Airport (SFO) - 200 miles (~3-4 hours drive)

Venue and accommodation

• For over 100 years, Zephyr Point had a mission to cultivate spiritual growth, recreation, and learning in an environment of natural beauty, hospitality, and peace.
• Every room is designed to offer a peaceful sanctuary for rest and reflection, along with modern conveniences so you can focus on inner exploration.
• Accommodations range from private standalone cabins to hotel-style rooms or rooms in shared cabins with shared or private baths. All rooms are private and feature a double bed. </aside>

Weather

• In November, you can expect to see the landscape bursting with the hues of fall foliage as the mountainsides painted in vibrant shades of red, orange, and gold.
• The average highs during this time hover around 50°F, with the nights gradually cooling to average lows of around 25°F. All rooms and common spaces feature heating to ensure the nights are comfortable.
• While November is relatively mild, it’s not uncommon to witness occasional winter storms sweeping in, dusting the region with its first snowflakes. Be sure to pack various layers of warm clothes to stay comfortable. </aside>

🧭 Logistics

Check-In: Sunday, November 9th

Arrive on campus starting at 2:30pm; check-in from 3:00pm. The opening session begins at 4:00pm. Please be on time and arrive at the venue by 3:00pm at the very latest.

Check-Out: Sunday, November 16th

Please check out by 11:00 AM. All group activities will be finished before then.

Note: These times are subject to change. We’ll confirm final details closer to the retreat.
